NN Brushmasters provides professional painting and coating services. By booking our services, you agree to the scope of work outlined in your specific quote or proposal.

We use high-quality materials and professional-grade paints. Any specific brand or material requests must be confirmed in writing before the project start date.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change if the scope of work is modified or if unforeseen structural issues are discovered.

Emergency or "24/7" consultations may incur additional fees, which will be clearly communicated before service delivery.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking and purchase materials. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the stages outlined in your contract.

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees.

We strive to adhere to agreed-upon timelines; however, external factors such as weather conditions (for exterior projects) may require rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and logistical costs.

NN Brushmasters is fully insured for public liability. We take utmost care of your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage or delicate items not cleared from the work area.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that valuable or fragile items are removed before we begin.

We provide a warranty on our workmanship as specified in your contract. This typically covers peeling or blistering resulting from improper application.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, environmental factors, or pre-existing dampness in walls.
